The ear in Charade #2 (2016) by John Michael Fulton is the focal point of the image because it contrasts from the subdue background making it the primary point of interest.
Containment

As a perfect example of containment, this armor not only contains the light that is inside of it, but was built to contain a body. Untitled by a SCAD design class.
Repetition

This work by blank with the repetition of the image six times makes it the most obvious design principle.
Cast Shadow

This wheel at the center of the main entrance to Arnold Hall leaves behind a cast shadow as a result of the lights being placed above and in front of it
