PERSONAL COLOR PALETTE
For my personal color palette I already knew that it would be mostly neutrals. I think monochromatic palettes when done right are unbeatable. I think it is harder to wear less colors and have it look unique, polished, and ultimately better than everyone else trying to snatch some spotlight with a bright color or pattern.

This isn't to say, however, that I'm not obsessed with color as well. I just choose to use color in smaller doses than other people... as a finishing touch. The addition of a rich, pure, burst of color to a monochromatic outfit or color palette makes everything stronger. For the base, I love to use either neutrals or natural colors like blue and green. Then, to add the pop, I go for warm colors like red, orange, and yellow.

For my design I was inspired by this shoot done by Steven Klein for Nicki Minaj's September 2017 Dazed cover:
I loved the collage look of these images. Even though I love the whole minimalistic, symmetrical look, the disharmony of collage is like a guilty pleasure. It's different. It's bold. It makes what should't work work. So, I took some of my favorite outfits and pictures of myself and used photoshop to make a collage.
